Five soldiers were reportedly killed by suspected members of the Boko Haram terrorist group on Saturday.
The terror group allegedly attacked a military convoy which led to the death of the five heroes.
Also, 35 civilians were kidnapped by the sect in a separate attack on Sunday, according to AFP.
“..the convoy was hit in northeast Borno state on Saturday, and militants also attacked a transport convoy in the same region a day before, kidnapping 35 people and killing one woman.” the report said.
