1. We ordered our members in 100 countries to attack Igbo leaders abroad

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) following the attack on Senator Ike Ekweremadu says that it had ordered its members in 100 countries across the world to attack any Igbo governors and leaders of the apex Igbo group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, seen in any of the countries.

IPOB spokesman, Emma Powerful, revealed that the directive against the Igbo leaders was given by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Biafra secessionist group.

2. Wanted kidnap kingpin Alhaji Hamisu allegedly calls for prayers from hideout

Report has it that Alhaji Hamisu Wadume, the millionaire kidnap kingpin who was recently released by soldiers of the Nigerian Army after killing the policemen that apprehended him in Taraba State, has spoken from his hideout.

Wadume whose whereabouts is yet unknown allegedly called for prayers from his hideout.

3. Ekweremadu confirms he was attacked in Germany by IPOB members

Ex-Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu has confirmed that he was attacked by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Nuremberg, Germany.

Ekweremadu was seen been beaten, dragged and stoned with eggs by the IPOB youths who were angry about the killings in the South-East (including the killing of IPOB members during the Operation Python Dance).

4. DSS kept me next to the residence of the Senate President – El-Zakzaky

Sheikh Ibraheem El-Zakzaky, the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (aka Shiites), in an interview last week in India revealed that he had greater freedom while he was in custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) than when he went for medical treatment in New Delhi, India.

According to him, he lived in a well furnished house located next to the residence of the President of the Senate.

5. Ortom expresses confidence of emerging victorious at tribunal

Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State on Saturday expresses confidence that the tribunal will deliver justice in the ongoing Benue Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal in Makurdi.

Ortom who was the candidate of the PDP in the March 2019 governorship election was declared winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

He had stormed the tribunal on Saturday with his aides, and supporters.
