President Buhari’s District Head who was kidnapped in May, rescued by the police in Kano

Alhaji Musa Umar (Magajin Garin Daura), the district head of Daura in Katsina State, rescued by police

Alhaji Musa Umar, the District Head of President Muhammadu Buhari’s home town, Daura, has been rescued today.

He was rescued at Gangan Ruwa Quarters in Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano State.

Naija Buzz News had in May reported the kidnap of Alhaji Umar in front of his residence in Daura by some unknown gunmen.

Alhaji Umar was rescued this morning unhurt by the Inspector General of Police Operation Puff Adder in conjunction with the Kano State Police Command.
